Bob Leonard, an AV industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, will bring forward-thinking solutions based on his expertise in the fields of integration and collaboration, including audiovisual installs for hotels, but also in live event and production.
He is a noted strategic, organized, and efficient leader with a demonstrated ability to manage teams through navigating complex business challenges, all whilst consistently delivering on high expectations.
In his new role, Bob will be responsible for the day-to-day management, leadership, and the development of his team. He will oversee the US activities to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective systems are upheld, while meeting current and future needs of the organization.
Bob will play a key role in Solotech’s continuous improvement and growth vision.
