Bandit on Tour

Daniel Beddingfield

Daniel Beddingfield is on tour to support an album he recorded mostly in his bedroom. Beddingfield garnered a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Song Recording for "Gotta Get Thru This" from the album of the same name. Hitting the road with Daniel is Bandit Lites and lighting designer Nick Jevons from Electric Fly Productions. Assisting Nick is lighting technician Kris Lundeberg. "Being associated with such an almost magical success story is a true honor for Bandit Lites," said Mark Powell, general manager of Bandit Lites London. Bandit provided six Martin Professional MAC 250s, six MAC 300s, 10 MAC 500s, 10 MAC 600s, six Martin Atomic strobes, and one Avolites Sapphire 2000 desk.

Tracy Byrd

Bandit Lites is also providing the lighting package for Tracy Byrd's 2003 tour supporting his current album Ten Rounds. Byrd was quite active and enthusiastic about the system and worked hand in hand with production manager Mark Matoska and lighting director Chris Burgin to arrange the purchase of the system. Said Michael Golden, Bandit Lites vice president, "It is truly an honor for an artist to become so enthused by his lighting that he takes a personal interest in the products offered." Bandit packaged Martin MAC 500s, High End Systems Cyberlights, and a Jands Echelon board for the tour, and after a few weeks of trial usage the decision from Byrd was to move forward with the purchase. Golden continues: "We are most honored to be associated with Tracy Byrd and his production staff and we look forward to a long and positive relationship."
