Artec Named Consultants for National Philharmonic Hall in Budapest

New York-based Artec Consultants has been selected to provide theatre planning, theatre equipment and acoustic consulting for a new National Philharmonic Hall in Budapest, Hungary. The architect for this 1900-seat hall is Zoboki Demeter and Partners, based in Budapest. In addition to the main concert hall, this government-sponsored project also includes a 550-seat opera house, several rehearsal halls, and a museum of Hungarian folklore. Artec plans to open a new office in Budapest to work on this project.
