A.C. Lighting Inc. Announces New Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Tan brings over 20 years of senior leadership and direct experience in Human Resources including, Talent Management, Total Compensation and Organizational Development.  Ms. Tan comes from companies in the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Telecommunication and IT industries. Most recently, Ms. Tan comes to us from Georgia Pacific Canada (GP) where she was a member of the senior leadership team accountable for the innovation and delivery of strategic Human Resources solutions nationally for multiple divisions of GP.   She previously, held human resources leadership roles at Novartis, Global Crossing and General Electric.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Tan will support the rapid growth of the Company, employing her skills in evaluation, design and implementation of HR programs that will attract, retain, develop and motivate top talent and top performance.
