Las Vegas-based entertainment lighting systems provider 4Wall Entertainment ( www.4wallentertainment.com ) will open a New York area office, to be called 4Wall-East, on October 15. It will be located in the same 41,000-sq.-ft Moonachie, NJ building that once housed Westsun New York. 4Wall-East will offer the same services on the East Coast that the company offers from its Las Vegas headquarters: lighting rentals, sales, service, and design.
Controlling the 4Wall-East operations will be Phil Hirsch and Jim Cannon.. Hirsch, formerly general manager of Westsun New York, will act as VP of business operations; Cannon will be the VP of rental operations, a position that he currently fulfills from 4Wall's Las Vegas office.
Michael Cannon, chief executive officer of 4Wall Entertainment, says, "Many of us on the 4Wall staff began our lighting careers on the East Coast. We know the market, and we know that there is a need for a company like 4Wall in the New York tri-state area. It’s also nice to go back home."
