9:45-11:15am: Case Study I: Projection designer Elaine McCarthy explores the design and technology used in the Broadway play, Impressionism, from content creation to the choice of gear.

11:30am-1:00pm: Choosing Projectors, Media Servers, Projection Surfaces: from the incredible array of projection technology on the market today, how to pick the products that are right for your projects. Panelists include designers Zachary Borovay, Elaine McCarthy, and Jake Pinholster, plus Loren Barton, TMB; René Berhorst, MA Lighting; and Adam Dunaway, Digital Stage Chicago.

1:00-2:30pm: Lunch and Technology Showcase

2:30-4:00pm: Case Study II: Projection designer Zachary Borovay and lighting designer Jason Lyons go behind the scenes at the Broadway musical, Rock of Ages, to discuss the integration of the lighting and images, as well as look at the overall production design for this rock 'n' roll extravaganza.

4:15-5:45pm: The Future of Technology: Where Is It All Going?
Designers, programmers, and manufacturers look into the crystal ball to report about what’s on the cutting-edge for tomorrow and what’s coming in the next few years.
