TV Lighting Master Classes Faculty Announced

Tune in to Live Design’s new TV Lighting Master Classes, an immersive event featuring top TV lighting professionals who will discuss the design and practical challenges in all the various components of television, from live events to sitcoms and beyond. This is a 1.5-day event at USC in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon December 1 and all day Sunday, December 2, and includes six sessions plus continental breakfasts and lunches.

Lighitng designer and Primetime Emmy winner Jeff Ravitz—who also leads the Concert Master Classes—heads the faculty for the TVLMC. He will be joined by the esteemed veteran of TV lighting, seven-time Emmy winner Bill Klages, as well as such top designers as Christian Hibbard (Jimmy Kimmel Live), Manny Treeson of NYX Design (numerous TV specials), Noah Mitz of Full Flood (Conan O’Brien), seven Primetime Emmy-winner Donald A Morgan (sitcoms), double Primetime Emmy-winner Kim Killingsworth (talk shows), Oscar Dominguez (reality TV), and Primetime Emmy-winner Joshua Hutchings (American Idol).

Lee Rose of Design Partners Inc served has a consultant on the classes and ARRI will provide TV lighting and camera equipment.
