The modern-day nightclub experience is nothing without seeing the sounds. As a creative visualist, Emilio Sa (aka Milo) engages the club-goer with an experience unparalleled to none. With sexy, mesmerizing, and trippy original content, the bumping beats emanating from the DJ booth are heightened into the atmosphere by Milo's creations.

Living in New York City during his youth, Milo's first foray into visual expression came as a graffiti artist. Accompanied by a musical background and even his own record label at age 18, Milo melded his two loves into a new form of communication where sound and sight cohesively exist. His early career as a commercial editor for Ogilvy & Mather shaped his understanding of timing and high-end design. Milo's creation of the Heineken Dome in partnership with Corso Communications/V Squared Labs became a staple at numerous music festivals including Ultra, Electric Daisy Carnival, and Coachella. Milo’s conceptualizations now make him and his company, Scribes & Nobles, one of the hottest and most in-demand aspects of any tour, nightclub, festival, or corporate activation.

Tapping into his most valuable resource—his imagination—has proved invaluable to a host of clients. From directing the “Room for Happiness” video for America’s Best DJ Kaskade to Benny Benassi’s Metamorphosis show, Chuckie, Hardwell, Steve Angello, and Calvin Harris’ sets have been enhanced by Milo. Even Lil Jon has come calling for tour visuals. Other notable clients include TAO Group, Dos Equis, Moët Hennessy, the CW, Encore/Starz Networks, MTV, and Disney. During live productions, Milo’s arsenal consists of Derivative TouchDesigner, TouchOSC, Modul8, VDMX, and Mad Mapper. “In a sense I’m a storyteller,” Milo says. “I like to take people on journeys through their own imagination.”
