City Theatrical announces a new 6-part Weekly Webinar Series on Multiverse® wireless DMX/RDM starting Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 11AM EDT, and running as 30-minute sessions for six consecutive Thursdays from 11AM – 11:30AM EDT through June 11, 2020. This webinar series was developed in effort to provide education in wireless DMX to lighting professionals, as well as the opportunity to ask questions regarding wireless DMX to experts from City Theatrical in a live, yet socially distant, way.
The first webinar on May 7, 2020 at 11AM EDT will cover an Introduction to Multiverse Wireless DMX/RDM, covering the breakthrough features of Multiverse technology, how it is different from any other wireless DMX system in the world, and why it represents the future of wireless DMX technology. The second webinar on May 14, 2020 will feature information on City Theatrical’s simple plug and play 2.4GHz Multiverse SHoW Baby® product. The session will show how the product is compatible with all previous SHoW Babys ever made, as well as with Multiverse wireless DMX technology. The third webinar on May 21, 2020 will feature the Multiverse Node, which is a single universe transceiver that contains both 2.4GHz and 900MHz radios. The webinar will be presented by John Demous. Registration for the May 21 webinar is available here.
The fourth webinar on May 28, 2020 will take a deeper look at the Multiverse Transmitter, which contains four different radios and can broadcast as many as 10 universes from one transmitter. The fifth webinar on June 4, 2020 will explore wireless dimming control using the QolorFLEX® 5x2.5A Multiverse Dimmer and the new QolorFLEX® 2x2.5A Multiverse Dimmer, including key information for easy set up and operation in props and costumes. The sixth and final webinar on June 11, 2020 will show how anyone can use the Multiverse Receiver Card, whether they are an electrician, prop builder, tinkerer or inventor, to implement a tiny Multiverse Receiver into any DMX device. The webinar will be presented by Harrison Hohnholt.
