The US District Court for the District of Massachusetts granted all of Color Kinetics Incorporated motions for summary judgment against Super Vision International, Inc. with respect to the validity and infringement of Color Kinetics' patents and inequitable conduct. Super Vision responded that it will appeal the Court's ruling that five of its color-changing LED products infringe one or more of the claims of Color Kinetics' patents.
