Ken Reinhard and Nick Baker have acquired the assets of the lighting division of Fort Worth, TX-based Tarrant Interiors, a Leggett & Platt Company. Tarrant Lighting is focused exclusively on national retail and hospitality clients, offering design consultation, product and project management, and lighting maintenance services.
Prior to acquiring Tarrant, Reinhard held executive positions at Thomas Lighting Group, Cooper Lighting, and Devoe Lighting; Baker held executive and management positions at Thomas Industries, and also worked for ITT. Reinhard is overseeing sales and marketing at Tarrant, while Baker is providing operations and financial leadership.
