Color Kinetics Inc. has formed Color Kinetics Japan Inc., a joint venture between CKI and ALS, Inc., a planning division of the Tokyo-based professional lighting company. Kiyoshi Otsuki, president of ALS, Inc., is president of Color Kinetics Japan, which opened April 1.
