Automated lighting manufacturer High End Systems, Inc. has announced the formation of a new custom shop, designed to give High End's client base access to the company's range of custom services and options. Available exclusively through an authorized High End Systems dealer or distributor, custom shop services include setup, litho and/or gobo exchange, dichroic exchange, cord cap mounting, lens exchange, lamp exchange, and installation into appropriate road cases. All fixtures require a setup fee, which includes any additional packing materials, disassembly, reassembly, and quality control.
Standard lead time is approximately 10 business days for this customization service. High End Systems will also offer a guaranteed three-business-day expedited turnaround service. All custom shop jobs are performed at the High End Systems, Inc. factory located in Austin, TX.

As companies search for ways to minimize setup and preproduction times, we've noticed an increasing number of clients who request their fixtures have custom dichroics, lenses, and Lithopatterns already in place prior to leaving Austin. The creation of the custom shop now gives us the ability to deliver products to a client's doorstep that are configured to their individual specifications and immediately ready for installation."
