Any PDA or mobile computing device using Windows CE 2.11 OS or higher can now have a fully functional CAD program. ArcSecond has written PocketCAD Pro for viewing and editing CAD files without the need for paper drawings. DWG and DXF files can be downloaded onto a mobile device with a minimum of 16Mb RAM. PocketCAD Pro is compatible with AutoCAD R12 and higher versions, and VectorWorks. Other features include complete zoom-in capability, pan left and right, e-mail technical support, many commonly used drawing commands, as well as measuring capabilities.
