Allen Products Company has acquired ATM Fly-Ware, the manufacturer of both standard and custom rigging and suspension systems for loudspeakers. Allen Products Company serves the installed sound market with standard off-the-shelf loudspeaker mounting and suspension solutions.

Plus, we will be creating a wider variety of new products and services that promise to save even more time and money.”

ATM Fly-Ware has extensive expertise in live sound and offers both custom and standard suspension solutions. Its industry experience includes both permanently installed and portable suspension systems for medium to large applications.
The Allen Products and ATM Fly-Ware brands will continue to expand their respective services for contractors, OEM accounts, touring companies and live sound clientele separately, as they do today. Both companies will be headquartered in Signal Hill, CA.
