Robe MediaHub 2X4 DT is a media server located inside the base of Robe’s ColorSpot 575AT, making it easy to rig onto a truss. MediaHub has four parallel outputs to send the video content to plasma screens or via LCD displays, projectors and display devices of any other type. It combines two digital layers with a selection of up to 255 video clips or images per layer. Supported image and video file types are: MPEG1, MPEG2, PNG and BMP.

The ColorWash 250 AT fixture completes Robe’s AT line of moving heads. A completely new optical system makes it 50% brighter than its predecessor, the Wash 250XT. A motorized zoom effect ranges from 8-32° and silent cooling system and movement make this fixture well suited to TV and theatre. The color wheel offers six saturated colours plus open, using Robe’s Slot&Lock system. A frost filter and a beam shaper are available on the effects wheel, and as with all Robe AT moving heads, 16-bit resolution is used for movement, color wheel positioning and dimming.

Robe’s LEDBlinder 196 and 148 units are the brand’s first entertainment-based LED products. Both units are fitted into the industry standard 8-lite and 4-lite casings. LEDBlinder is an LED version of the popular 8-lite Molefey that features eight LED modules, each with 12 RGB LEDs. The four pairs of modules are separately controllable. This product is aimed at all stage lighting markets and television productions and for arenas and larger venues. The LEDBlinder 148 is a 4-way version of the 196.

The first in a new line of LED moving heads from Robe, LED Wash 136 LT is a powerful LED moving head with 36 1W Luxeon LEDs offering RGB color mixing with a nearly unlimited selection of colors. The LED Wash 136 LT has 12 red, 12 green and 12 blue LEDs and pre-programmed white. With electronic dimming from 0 – 100 %, effects include high speed strobing up to 25 FPS and the ability to strobe in any colour combination.

The DMX-controlled StageBanner 10 AT enables the display and rotation of advertising banners at exhibitions, on stages, and in theatres. StageBanner also runs in stand-alone mode, easily programmed via the onboard 4-digit LED display on the base. Up to 3 programmes can be stored, each containing up to 99 steps. Master/slave operation is also available, so several StageBanners can be connected together and controlled from one unit. Rotation is possible in both directions in various speeds and very smooth and precise movement is guaranteed by the utilisation of 16-bit resolution.

The latest in this series are the new StageBanner 50 AT and 50 AT Multimedia units. Both products have a load capacity of 50Kg. The Multimedia version has a panel for the connection of audio, video and power supplies, so plasma screens, LCD displays, projectors and other display devices can be attached and rotated.

Robe’s newest fog machine, FOG 800 FT, is the smallest in its current range. The fluid consumption is as low as 50ml per minute and the heat up time is under 3 minutes. The Fog 800 FT comes complete with a 3m remote control.

Robe is also introducing the Anolis range of LED products to PLASA. The basic Anolis product range consists of ArcLine LED strips and ArcSource LED fixtures. ArcLine and ArcSource offer all the long life, low maintenance, environmental and cost effective advantages of solid state lighting technology.
