New To LDI: ELC Lighting GBX Distribution System

The ELC GBX Distribution System uses standard Ethernet protocols and DMX, specifically for live entertainment applications, where the variety of data protocols could overload commercially-available network switches. New to the system is the nodeGBx8 slave node unit, which works as an alternative to a DMX splitter rack, with all DMX ports programmable as output, input, merge, backup, and more, as node ports. With the dmXLAN switch (GBx10 or GBx18) as master, up to 15 slave nodes can be daisy-chained via the Ethernet ports, creating a system rack with 120 programmable DMX/RDM ports supporting all open protocols including sACN, Art-Net and ShowNET. elclighting.com
