The Lycian 1250KB followspot is designed for throws of 30'-125' using a Philips Hi-Brite FastFit 1,200W, 80V lamp. The flicker-free lamp produces a native color temperature of 3,250K with no color correction. The unit has a variable beam angle from 4.3° to 10.3°. Features include a square shutter, eliminating beam overlap; a nichrome iris; a six-color self-cancelling color boomerang; and a three-legged folding base. With head dimensions of 51" long, a height of 21½", and a maximum width with controls of 21", the fixture is small enough for theatre coves or box boom operations. Its head weighs 114lbs. and has a downward tilt of 45° and an upward tilt of 20°. Also new is the 1295 ELT that can accept 3kW and 4kW lamps, has separate horizontal and vertical shutters, a fully shielded iris, and dichroic heat shield.
