Scenius from Clay Paky is a moving head spotlight featuring the new Osram 1,400W discharge lamp, with a wide 8° to 50° zoom. Designed for use in various applications from large open-air shows to TV studios or exhibitions, the fixture features smooth zoom movements, as well as a modern focus-tracking system that concentrates maximum efficiency on the effect users want to project. The focus may be set to be fully automatic. The lamp produces a 6,000K color temperature, with a CRI greater than 90, CMY color system, seven-color wheel, and a linear CTO filter. Special effects include two rotating gobo wheels, each with six interchangeable gobos, a rotating prism, and an interchangeable graphics wheel. The fixture can be set to wash mode by inserting a new frost filter, and it can run at 1,400W or in energy-saving mode at 1,200W.
