The Maverick MK Pyxis from Chauvet Professional features an outer ring of RGBW LEDs around a zooming center pixel, with 360° continuous pan and tilt movement. At its center is a single, homogenous 60W RGBW LED with a fixed 3° beam angle. The outer ring comprises nine 15W RGBW LEDs, with a 7° to 45° zoom angle. A built-in virtual gobo wheel with background colors can make the outer ring appear as if it’s spinning. For use as wash or beam light, the fixture works with DMX, W-DMX, SACN, Art-Net, and Kling-Net. It is RDM-enabled for remote addressing and troubleshooting and converts TCP/IP to DMX for shorter data cable runs.
