ETC presented demos today of its line of fos/4 panels, aimed at reproducing realistic environments and skin tones in broadcast applications.
Available in a tunable white light Daylight HDR array a full color Lustr X8 array, the panels feature four backlit encoders that change colors to correspond to attributes they control. Various options for color-mixing allow users to tune the functionality to choose brightest, best spectral, or hybrid, a balance of both. Color is accurately rendered via eight colors of LEDs, as well as inclusion of very deep red.
Wireless control can be achieved from ETC’s Set Light app from a mobile phone or tablet or using City Theatrical’s Multiverse wireless DMX control with a console.
