The 22nd annual LDI will take place November 16 to 22 at the Orange Country Convention Center in Orlando, FL. The registration process for the show has begun, with online registration for the exhibit floor now up and running at www.ldishow.com.
The heart of the show, the exhibit floor will be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, November 20, 21, and 22—with LDI taking place for the first time in the new North/South Building at the Convention Center. Running simultaneously with the show floor is Mix Live (formerly ET Live), a series of outdoor stages that showcase top-flight audio gear in a real-world setting. Mix magazine is producing the event.
The exhibit floor features 400 companies showing the latest in cutting-edge technology for lighting, sound, projection, staging, rigging, and software for live events and permanent installations. Complementing the exhibits is the industry’s most comprehensive professional training program, running November 16 to 22, and ranging from intensive hands-on training in the LDInstitute to the insider tours of Backstage Orlando, the Live Design Projection Master Classes, the Cirque du Soleil TENT (Technology/Entertainment/Networking/Training), exclusive site-specific training courses, ESTA’s technical updates, a series of mini-conferences on essential topics, and general conference sessions, plus the complementary New Technology Breakfasts, the annual Designer Roundtable, and the LDI Portfolio Review.
