The 1-ton hoist with dual brake from ChainMaster is equipped with two independent DC current brakes: an operational brake and a safety brake. Both disc brakes feature the same failsafe, acting automatically in the event of a power failure. Overload protection is ensured by a patented friction clutch, and the hoist integrates electronic overload and underload monitoring. Additional features include an emergency limit switch and adjustable operating limit switch, as well as the option for drives to be fitted with incremental or absolute encoders.
