The VL4000 Spot luminaire is based on a Philips 1,200W Fast-Fit lamp, achieving more than 33,000 lumens of output and including the all-new Infinity color mix system, a 9º to 47º zoom, dual rotating gobo wheels, framing shutters, an independent rotating prism with divergence control, and variable frost. The fixture has a new collection of optimized gobo patterns for both aerial and projected imagery. Dual animation wheels provide dynamic motion effects as well as the chromatically tuned Dichro*Fusion effect. The beam can be further modified via the four-blade shutter system and mechanical iris. Additionally, a new selectable Studio mode allows designers and technicians to reduce the noise level of the luminaire and operate with an output of 25,000 lumens when desired. New multipoint connections allow the fixture to be hung at any angle, while a pocketed safety cable attachment trap ensures safety.
