Chauvet’s COLORado 1-Tri Tour features 14 high power 3W tri-color LEDs that mix color in each LED. All diodes remain on continuously for even color without multi-colored shadows. Color temperature presets range from 3,20 K to 10,000K, and five distinct dimming curves yield smooth dimming. The fixture responds to 3, 4, 5, or 10 channels of DMX control, and it provides a nearly limitless range of colors. RGB color mixing can be performed with or without DMX. Vector speed control provides smooth color changes. The output is 1,600 lux @ 2m. Additional features include a password-protected LED display, a gel frame holder, Neutrik PowerCon connectors for power in and out, and direct DMX connectors.
The unit comes with 16° lenses that mirror the performance of a medium-flood PAR lamp, and up to 12 units can be linked at 120V. The hanging bracket allows for truss mounting and doubles as a floor stand. An auto-ranging power supply lets the fixture to adapt to the voltage provided, ranging from 100V to 240V.
