Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas 2015 inhabited the Las Vegas Motor Speedway from June 19 to 21. The festival hosted a total of 400,000 attendees in three days, with 134,000 festival goers each day. Stephen Lieberman, founder of SJ Lighting, designed and programmed the lighting for Circuit Grounds or Stage Three. Maxwell T. Robin was the assistant lighting designer and James Poepping the lighting head. VJ Voodoo and V Squared Labs designed the video content. AG Light and Sound provided the lighting and video.

Concentric rings were rigged above the audience at Circuit Grounds. Lined with video panels and lighting fixtures, the rings were lowered and shifted to create asymmetrical patterns and eye-popping visuals. Circuit Grounds featured over 4,000 500mm video tiles and almost a thousand lighting fixtures.

Lieberman's lighting design for Circuit Grounds at EDCLV consisted mostly of Elation Professional fixtures, including Opti Tri Pars and Colour Chorus Series 72 fixtures, which were positioned vertically on the back wall between sections of video as well as on the downstage edge of the deck to uplight performers. The design also saw the inclusion of Martin Professional fixtures in abundance, including Atomic 3000 DMX strobes and Mac Viper Profiles, as well as 156 Clay Paky Sharpys. AG Light and Sound also provided Philips Vari-Lite VL3500 Wash FX and Elements Krypton 10s and 25s. Lieberman controlled the lighting via an MA Lighting grandMA2 console. Foggers and hazers were also supplied, with six each on stage and two each at front of house. CO2 jets, flame jets, and confetti blowers were used for atmospheric effect. Sixteen lasers were included in the lighting design.
