Raph Guenther

Bio:

Driven by curiosity and a passion for understanding how things work, Raph Guenther brings a unique combination of technical expertise, creativity and hands-on experience to the Nicopress engineering team.

With an M.S. in Physics, a background in psychology and laboratory research, and extensive experience in general contracting, Raph approaches engineering challenges with a broad perspective and a methodical, problem-solving mindset.

Since joining Nicopress in 2024, Raph has contributed to a wide range of initiatives, including product design and testing, process improvements, quality assurance, equipment maintenance and facility upgrades. He particularly enjoys the variety of his role and the opportunity to explore innovative approaches to complex challenges.

Raph believes successful engineering begins with fully understanding the problem before developing a solution. His commitment to thoughtful analysis, continuous improvement and doing things the right way helps ensure reliable results for Nicopress and its customers.

Outside of work, Raph enjoys home improvement projects, stained glass, fine woodworking and music. An accomplished multi-instrumentalist, he plays keyboard, guitar and drums with his church's worship team.
