Bio:
Bridget Elise Solini is the founder of Athena Theatrical, bringing more than 20 years of experience in theatrical rigging, project management, and the performing arts industry. With a blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and creative problem-solving, Bridget specializes in delivering innovative solutions for venues around the world.
Grounded in the belief that strong relationships and a collaborative company culture are essential to success, Bridget combines her BFA and MBA to bridge the creative and technical sides of the industry. Over the past two decades, she has helped bring numerous notable projects to successful completion worldwide, building trusted partnerships and guiding teams through the challenges of executing ambitious creative visions.
Bridget is an ETCP Certified Rigger (Theater), an ETCP Recognized Trainer, holds an OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification, and is a member of IATSE Local 4. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and exploring the world.
