EY – Strategic Growth Forum US 2016

The Strategic Growth Forum™ US, founded by EY, is the country’s most prestigious gathering of high-growth, marketing-leading companies. This by-invitation-only CEO event brings together more than 2,000 of the nation’s top executive, entrepreneurs, advisors, investors and other business leaders. CEOs attend the four-day Forum to learn how to supercharge company growth; understand the latest trends related to the transaction marketplace and available capital; meet potential customers, investors, partners, acquisition targets and buyers; and hear inspiring success stories from game-changing entrepreneurs.

At the 2016 Forum, these distinguished leaders explored how together technology and human ingenuity can transform business and create growth. High-profile speakers included George Barrett, Chairman and CEO of Cardinal Health; Barbara Corcoran, Founder of the Corcoran Group and Investor on the Emmy Award-winning show Shark Tank; Jeff Lawson, CEO and co-founder of Twilio; Jack Nicklaus, Founder and Co-Chairman of the Nicklaus Companies; Will Smith, Actor, Producer, Musician and Philanthropist; Jeff Weiner, CEO of LinkedIn; and many more.

The Forum concluded with the black-tie Entrepreneur Of The Year® US National Awards gala, the largest gathering of entrepreneurial leaders who create the products and services that keep our worldwide economy moving forward.

Together with our agency partners we delivered a spectacular creative experience that would launch the event and bring to life the theme of technology and human ingenuity combining to transform business.

To do this, a digital landscape of 37 million pixels was combined with New York’s leading dance company, Gallim Dance, to create the world’s first 360-degree motion enhanced contemporary dance performance featuring an immersive 360-degree experience for the more than 2,300 attendees.

Watchout Media servers fed a multitude of Panasonic PT-DZ21KU projectors to illuminate two 100’5”x 7’ side screens, as well as two 22’10”x 7’ and two 51’8”x10’ screens custom built for the Forum entrance. On the main stage, projection was used for the Forum’s main convex 80x10 widescreen. The main screen was complimented with two 4x3 3.9MM LED walls and flanked by two mirrored 7x9 5MM LED trapezoidal walls. To round out the experience, two 58’10” convex scenic walls support IMAG with two 9x16 screens and two 7x3 3.9MM LED walls. Audio enhanced the experience with surround sound for the 360 video experience.
