XL Touring Video was the video contractor for Tenacious D’s Pick of Destiny World Tour, which kicked off in Las Vegas, NV on November 11, 2006 and will wrap up in Melbourne, Australia on January 19, 2007.
XL worked with tour manager John Cutcliffe and designer Dan Hadley to provide a 22’ x 40’ High Def Projection Screen with two Barco SLM R12 High Def Projectors and a Sony High Def Playback System which was used to feature Tenacious D in their “Heaven to Hell” video sequence during the show.
