Paul "Arlo" Guthrie of Toss Film & Design Inc. based the design around groups of three to echo the overhead moving screen scenic elements while leaving an open and scalable layout. It needed to be theatrical to follow the arc and dynamic of a carefully planned and crafted show, yet dynamic to provide punch and power.
