This year’s double billing of two mega superstars, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira at the Super Bowl LIV Halftime Show, presented Bruce Rodgers of Tribe Design, Inc. with incredibly unique challenges and took an immense amount of collective creative input to create a balanced performance. With the variety of dance and effects, the team had to develop several one-of-a-kind details, all technical challenges amplified by a single tunnel access and a very limited timeframe. Witnessed by 70,000 audience members and 100 million people watching on the television, the 12-minute show featured 800 cast members, 670 Field Team members, and J.Lo and Shakira’s cast of 158 dancer/performers.
