When The Lights Went Out With Sound and Lighting Designer Nina Field

As a part of Live Design's "When the Lights Went Out" series, sound and lighting designer Nina Field discusses what it is like to be a recent graduate in the midst of an industry shutdown. A 2019 Pat MacKay Diversity in Design Scholarship recipient, Field graduated from the Theater Design/Technology program at SUNY Purchase this Spring when the live events world had gone quiet with the COVID-19 pandemic.
