Lex Products Hires Veteran Creative Services Professional

Garett Schiefer, a former art director and boutique ad agency owner, has joined Lex Products in a creative services capacity.

Schiefer brings over 15 years of professional design experience to Lex, having created award-winning sales and marketing materials, brochures, websites, advertisements, and trade show displays for multi-million dollar manufacturing, service and nonprofit organizations.

Since 1995, Schiefer has won 19 Silver and Gold Addy Awards, including a Gold Addy in 2000 for the design and production of the FLA Department of Children and Families brochure, and a Best In Show award in 2001 for the Flower Club Logo.

“For the past eight years, I have worked for in-house marketing departments developing and maintaining brand integrity and producing award-winning sales and marketing materials,” says Schiefer. “I believe my experience and solid record of achievement will enable me to develop high quality collateral, as well as support Lex’s plans for future growth.

“I couldn’t be happier with Garett’s decision to join Lex,” comments Renee Page, director of corporate communications. “We interviewed a lot of candidates, but what really separated Garett from other designers was his overall business sense. He gets it--he’s not creative just for creativity’s sake, but rather has the company’s bottom line in mind when undertaking projects,” adds Page.
