Gallegos Named New TEA President

Patrick Gallegos was inducted into office as president of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) at the TEA general meeting, Thursday, November 20, 2003. The TEA's mission is to support the development of the "experience" industry, and the promotion and education of its members. Gallegos was one of the founding members of the organization and had been active in supporting its goals in many leadership positions.

Gallegos is the founding principal of Gallegos Lighting Design. From roots in theater and experiences as a senior designer on Disney’s EPCOT Center, he has built Gallegos Lighting Design into an architectural and commercial lighting design firm specializing in creative environmental lighting for domestic and international projects. He emphasizes the team approach to telling the story of the project, using light as one element to bring life to the experience of people. 2003 marks Gallegos Lighting Design’s 20th anniversary.
