The ESTA Foundation And USITT Holding January Training At Prince George’s Community College

The Joint Training Initiative of The ESTA Foundation and USITT will be holding January training sessions in Vectorworks Spotlight, Theatrical Rigging, and Entertainment Electrics at Prince George’s Community College, in Largo, Maryland. The event will be hosted and co-produced by Prince George’s Community College with IATSE Local 22.

This six-day schedule of courses is designed for entertainment technicians at a basic to intermediate level. Sessions will be held January 26th-31st on the campus of Prince George’s Community College.

Vectorworks Spotlight courses will be taught by Frank Brault, director of training and technical support at Nemetschek, North America (NNA).

Theatrical Rigging courses will be presented by David Boevers, ETCP certified rigger and ETCP recognized rigging trainer.

Entertainment Electrical sessions will be conducted by Eric Rimes, ETCP certified electrician and ETCP recognized electrical trainer.

ETCP certified technicians will receive renewal credits towards recertification for attending these sessions.
