David George Retires From Spectrum Manufacturing and A.C. Lighting

Spectrum Manufacturing Inc. and A.C. Lighting Inc. would like to announce the retirement of David George as president of the companies.

In the nine years of directing Spectrum Manufacturing, George has been involved in the growth and initiative that has made the company a leading producer of highly innovative entertainment technology products, such as the Chroma-Q™ scroller range and Color Block multi-purpose LED fixture, and SpectraLite injection moulded flightcase.

George also played a key role in the development of A.C. Lighting Inc., the global entertainment lighting supplier’s North American sales office formed in 2003 to meet the growing needs of customers in this market, which also exclusively distributes many of Spectrum’s product brands.

The staff of both companies would like to thank George for his hard work and efforts over the years and wish him a very happy retirement for the future.

As of June 1, JF Canuel became president and CEO of Spectrum Manufacturing Inc. and is responsible for the command and overview of the operation of all business for the company. He remains vice president of A.C. Lighting Inc.

John Evans is promoted from his role of vice president sales and marketing to president and CEO of A.C. Lighting Inc. and has the control and responsibility for the operation and business plans of the company.

Fred Mikeska has taken over the role of vice president sales and marketing for A.C. Lighting Inc. from his former position as US sales and marketing manager. This promotion reflects the outstanding contribution he has made to the growth of the company since joining in February 2005.
