City Theatrical Open House Sat. August 11, 2007

City Theatrical Inc. (CTI) is hosting an open house on Saturday, August 11, 2007 from 10am to 6pm to celebrate the move to their new manufacturing facility at 475 Barell Avenue in Carlstadt, NJ.

A full day of activities is planned including a mini trade show with hands-on demonstrations of all of CTI’s products, factory tours to see CTI’s newest high tech manufacturing equipment, and a BBQ lunch under an outdoor tent.

All of City Theatrical’s staff will be on hand to demonstrate products and give tours and this is a chance to meet everyone as well as many of the lighting designers and Broadway and Off Broadway technicians who will be in attendance.

Seminars given in both the morning and afternoon include “Wireless, Wi Not?” which will explain the use of CTI’s WDS Wireless Data System™; “Accessories, From Simple to Sophisticated,” which will describe the design and development of several of CTI’s unique products; and “LED, 1-2-3” which will discuss the use of LEDs in set lighting and special events.

CTI’s Carlstadt, NJ facility is located just eight miles from Times Square in New York City and is easy to get to by local highways, but free bus service will be provided every hour on the half hour from the southwest corner of 9th Avenue and 41st Street in Manhattan from 9:30am to 4:30pm, with return runs until 6pm.
