Bonniol will act as contributing editor specializing in experiential design and covering systems integration, projection, video, and everything in between.

Jones is a writer, editor, and content producer with more than 20 years' experience in pro audio, including as editor-in-chief of three leading audio magazines: Mix, EQ, and Electronic Musician. She is a lifelong musician and committed to arts advocacy and learning, including acting as education chair of the San Francisco chapter of the Recording Academy, where she helps develop event programming that cultivates the careers of Bay Area music makers.

Jones will be focused on covering the live pro audio market segment, also as a contributing editor.

“This is a significant step in the evolution of the LD brand, with a look toward embracing all disciplines of live production and integration,” says Live Design/LDI content director Marian Sandberg. “As the newest members of our content team, Bob and Sarah will help shape the future of our editorial, both online and in-person for our training and sessions at LDI, bringing in more system integration, experiential design, and pro audio points of view all year that we know will translate into a greater show experience in November. I am really proud to have them joining our team.”

“The addition of these knowledgeable and insightful industry experts will help us better serve the larger entertainment technology community, further expanding our reach into audio, video and projection,” adds Live Design franchise managing director David Johnson. “I have known both Bob and Sarah for many years and thrilled to have them as part of our great team.”
