Show Sage LLC, North American Premium Partner and master distributor of Dataton’s award-winning multi-display presentation products, announced that they have been appointed a strategic partner of Barco Inc. for distribution of Medialon® show control products in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. Separately, Show Sage has been appointed as a North American Partner for Distribution of PIXILAB’s audience interaction, content management, control, and interactive mobile guide system solutions PIXILAB Moments® and PIXILAB Blocks®. These partnerships will allow Show Sage to offer complementary products to their existing multi-display audiovisual offerings.
Medialon show control software and hardware products control, automate and synchronize audiovisual, lighting, and special effects equipment. For the most immersive end-user experience, Medialon controls multiple aspects of a show simultaneously, including dimmers, lighting desks, audiovisual servers, projectors and sound processors. The powerful platform allows for complete operation, automation, and synchronization across a variety of visual and audio components crucial to a finished production, even for complex projects like elaborate live concerts or state-of-the-art theme parks.
Currently Medialon applications include shows and attractions in museums, theme parks, cruise ships, trade shows, concert tours, and corporate experience centers. Notable recent projects using Medialon show control systems include the National Museum of the American Revolution and the Museum of the Bible.
PIXILAB Blocks is a brand-new software solution for producing and managing rich experiences for museums, exhibitions, visitor centers, and corporate presentations. It features a unique mix of content and display management, control system capabilities, interactive presentation, and mobile guide functions all programmed and managed through an intuitive web-browser interface. Blocks displays can be anything from personal mobile devices and interactive kiosks, to projectors and huge LED walls. Blocks enables designers to create immersive, interactive presentations, and provides the industry’s most innovative platform for audio guides that enrich user experiences.
