Colour Chorus from Elation Professional is a new series of LED batten wash lights useful for floodlighting surfaces and stages in even dynamic washes of colored light. Available in 1’ (0.3m), 2’ (0.6m), 4’ (1.2m), and 6’ (1.8m) lengths, Colour Chorus fixtures use long-life individual 3W RGBA (Red, Green, Blue, Amber) LEDs for a broader and finer range of colors, the amber LED extending the color range and providing an effective means of color temperature control and higher color rendering.
Hue, saturation and intensity of each LED are individually controllable while LED group control allows for even further design possibilities. A selection of variable dimming curves is provided for faster programming and a selection of strobe and chase effects add to their versatility. All fixtures in the Colour Chorus Series are built with rugged die-cast aluminum exteriors and operate flicker free for use in TV and other broadcast applications.
Colour Chorus 12: The Colour Chorus 12 is a 12” LED batten wash light housing 48x 3W RGBA LEDs (12 per color). Capable of projecting bright washes of consistent color, the Colour Chorus 12’s compact size means it can fit in virtually any stage setup.
Colour Chorus 24: The Colour Chorus 24 is a 24” LED batten wash light featuring 96x 3W RGBA LEDs (24 per color). Beam angle is 46° while field angle is 57°. The Colour Chorus 24 emits 19,000 LUX @ 3.3’ (1m) for bright washes of uniform color.
Colour Chorus 48: The Colour Chorus 48 is a 48” LED batten wash light with 192x 3W RGBA LEDs (48 per color). It has a beam angle of 65° and field angle of 79° and emits a bright 21,500 LUX @ 3.3’ (1m) for powerful washes of dynamic color.
Colour Chorus 72: The Colour Chorus 72 is a 72” LED batten wash light with 288x 3W RGBA LEDs (72 per color). Beam angle is 88° with a 96° field angle. The Colour Chorus 72 emits a bright 23,000 LUX @ 3.3’ (1m) for broad and bright washes of color from a single luminaire.
A host of other professional features come standard with each Colour Chorus fixture like multi-channel DMX control, 3 and 5-pin DMX In/Out, PowerCON In/Out and RJ45 in/out connections. All Colour Chorus Series fixtures are ArtNet™, KlingNet™ and RDM (Remote Device Management) protocol capable and come with multiple-unit power linking. A 4-button control panel with LCD menu display provides for easy hands-on programming with easy-to-read fixture menus and messages. An integrated rigging bracket allows for quick hanging and an auto-sensing power supply covers worldwide voltages and frequencies.
