New Windsor, New York— February 19, 2009 — Production Resource Group UK, Ltd. today announced that its new London base will be located at The Hoover Building, in west London. The well-known art deco London landmark is located on the A40, with good road and tube links to central London and the motorway network. The building will provide a base for PRG Lighting's rental team and PRG Distribution's sales team. The company's custom gobo production will also be housed at the facility, with additional space for CAD/WYSIWYG and customer meeting rooms.
Group CEO, Martin Locket, commented, “The Hoover Building provides an ideal location for PRG's customer facing teams and is the final piece in the company's restructuring of its UK locations. The group's 168,000 sq. ft. facility in Birmingham is now fully operational as a preparation and distribution base. Additional front line project support is provided by the 50-strong team at PRG Lighting's sister company, Essential Lighting, in southwest London and by the group's rigging brand, Summit Steel.”
