Meyer Sound has added Brian Bolly and Michael Creason to the company's highly active Design Services department, providing system design consultation and assistance to customers.
Bolly joins Meyer Sound from leading systems integrator AVI-SPL, where he worked closely with acoustical design consultants in systems planning, model design, and testing and measurement. With his excellent fluency with a wide range of hardware and software, Bolly has designed and specified systems for installations including sports venues, houses of worship and performing arts centers. Bolly has also spent nearly a decade mixing concert, corporate and theatrical events.

As a Drama Desk nominee and a winner of the Jefferson Awards for both Sound Design and Original Music, Michael Creason's background and interest lie in theatrical and live sound technology. His credits include the Broadway productions of Grease, A Chorus Line, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, and Pajama Game, as well the Las Vegas production of Spamalot and several national tours. Creason has worked with such noted sound designers as Tony Meola, Brian Ronan and Tom Clark of Acme Sound Partners. He provided sound support for Glimmerglass Opera for eight seasons and has created soundscapes and original music for numerous regional shows including the New York Shakespeare Festival.

With the latest additions to the department that includes Senior Associate Brian Long and Kayla Knoll who was recently promoted to Associate, Design Services can now better serve the company's growing customer base, alongside other newly appointed support staff in Asia and dedicated teams around the globe. “Michael and Brian's track records speak for themselves,” adds Todd Meier, director of Design Services. “They are both talented individuals with an intrinsic understanding of our clients' needs.
