LMG Invests Over $1.5 Million in New Lighting

lmglighting_les-goldberg_steve-bodzioch.jpgOrlando, Florida - LMG, Inc., a national provider of video, audio and lighting support, has heavily invested in adding to the firm's lighting technology offerings in 2009, with the purchase of over $1.5 million of new equipment.

LMG started its lighting department in 2004 and has continuously invested in new technologies and enhanced infrastructure for the last five years in order to meet the demand for lighting services on corporate meetings, tradeshows and live events. “At LMG, being able to effectively offer our clients a wide array of innovative lighting technology, in addition to the video and audio components, completes the ‘trilogy ‘as full service provider to support their shows,” says Les Goldberg, CEO/President of LMG.

In addition, LMG launched a touring division in 2008, called LMG Touring, and has been providing lighting support for artists such as We The Kings, Blue October, Jeremy Camp, Michael W. Smith, and Train. “LMG's lighting department has experienced significant growth since 2004, and this investment will help expand the corporate and touring lines of business for the future,” states Steve “BOZ” Bodzioch, lighting services manager at LMG.

This recent investment will significantly enhance LMG's array of LED, digital and moving lights, control equipment, and truss inventory. New equipment purchases include AC Lighting's Chroma-Q Color Web, Martin Atomix 3000 DMX Strobes, SeaChanger Profile and Wash fixtures, High End System's DL-3 media servers and Road Hog Lighting consoles, VARI*LITE 3500 Spot, Wash and VLX Wash luminaires, and MA Lighting's grandMA Light consoles.
