LMG Celebrates 25 Years; Launches New Website

March 2009, Orlando, FL – LMG Inc, a national provider of video, audio and lighting support, celebrated 25 years of business on March 17th. As part of the anniversary celebration, LMG has launched a new website (www.lmg.net), that will showcase its legacy businesses – show technology and systems integration, and herald its newest division – concert touring.

Founded in Central Florida by Les Goldberg in 1984, and originally situated in a home office, LMG today employs over 170 personnel, operating in over 200,000 square feet of space across three national locations: Orlando, Phoenix and Las Vegas.

In the first decade, the company focused on video equipment rental services, but, as the industry grew, LMG has expanded its offerings to include full service support – video, audio and lighting – across all the business units. Acknowledging that equipment is available from a variety of vendors, LMG has always focused on customer service, emphasizing the quality of support personnel. To that end, LMG has adopted a new tagline - “beyond technology” – clearly stating LMG's business units push the equipment to new, previously unattained levels of performance through high-end service, quality and a staff of experts.

“With twenty five years of experiences on shows and projects of all types, we want to convey to our clients that we go beyond simply delivering boxes of gear,” states Les Goldberg, CEO/President of LMG. “LMG has changed so much since 1984 – and while our core business of providing quality equipment remains the same, we want to communicate that our services have expanded to new markets over the last 25 years, and our service approach is second to none.”

LMG's new website will give users the opportunity to visit the websites of the company's three business divisions of show technology, systems integration, and touring, each uniquely branded. LMG began providing systems integration in 1994, and the division has grown significantly over the last fifteen years, providing permanent audiovisual installations for projects nationwide. In 2007, LMG launched a concert touring division, now called LMG Touring, providing audio support for the company's first world tour for Avril Lavigne, and today is on tour with artists such as L'il Wayne, We The Kings and Blue October.

“While our core business remains show technology, the new website offers visitors a clear path to all of our divisions, and allows the spotlight to shine on our newest offerings, such as touring, as well as the phenomenal growth of systems integration over the last decade,” explains Goldberg.
