This morning, Giants fans stormed the streets of Lower Manhattan for a ticker tape parade New Yorkers had been anticipating since the game-winning play of Super Bowl XLVI.

A float carried Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning, Giants Coach Tom Coughlin, Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, and the coveted trophy, through hundreds of thousands of fans lining NYC's “Canyon of Heroes.” Disembarking at City Hall Plaza, the Mayor was joined by the players, staff, and coaches for an official presentation of “Keys to the City” to the team.

Mayor Bloomberg, former Giants defensive end Michael Strahan, and Giants radio announcer Bob Papa co-hosted the program, televised live. Distinguished guests onstage also included City Council Speaker Christine Quinn, Comptroller John Liu, co-owners John Mara and Steve Tisch, and Coach Coughlin.

Giants owners, staff, and Manning made remarks to an energetic crowd. A song and dance courtesy of Justin Tuck (the now-viral “I Got a Ring” impromptu performance) balanced a moving rendition of the National Anthem by New York Police Officer Terrence Darden.

Earlier, the seated audience was entertained by a pre-show featuring: cast members of Broadway musical Rock of Ages, 13-year-old vocalist Assata Alston, a salsa performance by Ballet Hispanico, Staten Island's Port Richmond High School Marching Band, the Brooklyn Drum Line Express, and the parade progress live on a big screen.

In preparation, and under a 24-hour turnaround time, glue worked closely with the Office of the Mayor to co-Produce the show – organizing pre-show talent, run of show, stage management, stage layout/design, onstage movements, and accompanying rehearsals. Additionally, production glue coordinated scenic, including a 30' goal post and the structure and suspension of custom Giants banners hung at City Hall.

The glue team would like to thank the Office of the Mayor for inviting us to participate in another Giants Key Ceremony. We are honored to be a part of this momentous celebration for the New York Giants and the City of New York. Go Big Blue! All In!
