GLP German Light Products Inc. has announced a change in the sales distribution of the GLP fixture range with immediate effect.
Upon mutual agreement with its previous distribution partner, GLP Inc. will now be wholly responsible for the distribution of its full product line in North America from its offices in California, including the award winning Impression range of LED moving head fixtures.
Since starting North American operations 12 months ago, GLP Inc. began to focus on wider product marketing opportunities combined with an increased product range, across both the GLP and G-LEC product lines.
Explained Mark Ravenhill, who heads up the North American GLP Inc. operation, “It was a natural consequence as the product range of GLP grew and the product range of our partner grew that each company would want to take full responsibility for their own brands. We are indeed indebted to the hard work that has been put into the market already and we look forward to taking it much further forward with all of our customers, designers and specifiers.”
This announcement follows the news of GLP Inc.'s expansion of its sales team with the hiring of 3 new Regional Sales Managers.
