LOS ANGELES, February 27, 2012 (For Immediate Release) – The response for Elation Professional's first two 2012 Road Show dates in Florida was so overwhelmingly positive, Elation is packing up the traveling rigs and rolling into New England, with two shows in the Boston area that will give lighting professionals and dealers the opportunity to see the latest in lighting technology.
Loaded with the company's newest, “beyond the ordinary” products, Elations' two traveling rigs will wind their way to New England on March 7 and 8, 2012, with stops scheduled at Port Lighting Systems in Seabrook, New Hampshire and ALPS/Advanced Lighting and Production Services in Randolph, Massachusetts, just days after the tremendously successful stops in Florida.
The New England dates are part of a nationwide tour, much like the road show for a major concert tour that will be crossing the country over the next couple of months, stopping at venues along the way for fun and informative sessions that introduce dealers and lighting professionals to the latest innovations in professional lighting. Each stop on the Road Show will be entertaining as well as educational, with lunch served at the venues along with a happy hour at the end of each session whenever possible. There will be drawings at each event for product prizes, swag and giveaways, as well.
Among the new Elation products to be showcased during the 2012 Road Show are:
• Platinum Beam 15R, a 300-watt beam moving head effect powered by the new Philips MSD Platinum 15R lamp that blasts out the tight, narrow focus and ultra-brightness of a classic aircraft landing light
• Platinum Wash ZFX Pro, a 190-watt RGBW moving head wash with zoom and effects that has the light output of a 700-watt fixture
• Flex Pixel Tape, a thin and flexible LED circuit strip that features an adhesive backing, allowing users to add glowing accents of color anywhere – on signs, stages, walls or furniture
• EPV 10, a large yet lightweight and easy to install video panel with a wide viewing angle of 140º horizontal and 110º vertical
