The E-Vision WUXGA 8000 brings a bold expansion of DP's E-Vision high-value, high-brightness series. With advanced features such as Warp & Blend and lens memory, the new 8,000 lumen E-Vision 8000 delivers incredible performance at a very affordable price. Weighing in at less than 53 lbs., the dual-lamp E-Vision WUXGA-8000 employs the latest in Texas Instruments' 1920 x 1200 dDigital Projectionark metal DLPâ„¢ technology. Robustly built and highly capable, the E-Vision WUXGA-8000 is unmatched compelling solution for lecture halls, conference venues, Houses of Worship, corporate auditoriums and boardrooms, digital signage, and any other application needing bright, accurate imagery at a remarkably accessible price point.

Announced as a complement to the existing E-Vision WXGA 600 displays introduced at InfoComm 2011, the new E-Vision WUXGA 8000 allows DPI's integrators to select the optimal E-Vision for their application based on price, capability and resolution. Recent successes in large-screen cinema, Houses of Worship and high ambient light commercial venues ensure the expanding E-Vision series will continue to succeed in a wide variety of commercial applications.

A variety of fixed and zoom lens options gives the E-Vision WUXGA-8000 a flexible throw ratio range of .76:1 – 8.26:1. Two swappable color wheels allow the integrator or the end user to easily install the color wheel that provides the best balance of lumens and color depth to complement their application objectives and venue lighting conditions. With an MSRP of only $14,995 for the projector, plus lens, the 8,000 lumen E-Vision WUXGA-8000 projector is priced to support a wide array of conservative AV budgets.

DPI first demonstrated the new E-Vision WUXGA-8000 display at the Integrated Systems Europe 2012 expo in Amsterdam RAI, 31 January - 2 February 2012.
