PRESS RELEASE: Brussels, BE – January 12, 2012 – ArKaos will be well represented at NAMM 2012 by appearances in no less than three locations: the American Audio, American DJ and Elation Lighting Booths.
GrandVJ at American Audio - Booth #6330
American Audio staff will demonstrate the capabilities of ArKaos GrandVJ, the real time video mixer software, in a dedicated display area on the American Audio booth (#6330), using a Plasma screen, MAC computer and the new American Audio VMS2 MIDI controller. ArKaos engineers are currently working on a midi map for the VMS2, for which American DJ will make a special GrandVJ ‘skin'. Visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to try out the GrandVJ for themselves and put their questions to knowledgeable and experienced operators.

A guaranteed highlight of the GrandVJ demos will be the performances from award-winning VJ, Grant Davis, who will give will give 4 shows per day using GrandVJ on the American Audio booth's 9ft wide by 7ft high LED video wall.
Grant Davis is ranked among the top visual performers worldwide. Under the name VJ Culture, Grant has provided sight and sound for audiences around the world. 

During his shows, he will be using a Dev. version of the new ArKaos GrandVJ 1.6.1 which, amongst other things, will bring support for American Audio's VMS2 MIDI controller, offering a new way to scratch your video content using the two controller's jog wheels.
The shows are scheduled for 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm, from Thursday Jan 19th through to Sunday Jan 22nd, with each demo lasting between 10-15 minutes. (American Audio Booth #6330)
